Inside information, profit warning: Preliminary information on Kreate’s financial performance in 2022 – full year revenue exceeded the guidance limit by 14 million euros, EBITA on the guidance level
Kreate Group Plc (“Kreate”) publishes preliminary information on the company’s financial performance in Q4 and for the entire year. According to preliminary, unaudited information, Kreate’s revenue in 2022 grew to EUR 273.9 million, with EBITA at EUR 8.8 million.
The result guidance for 2022, issued on 30 September 2022:Kreate estimates that the company’s revenue (2021: EUR 237.6 million) will grow compared to 2021 and will be approximately EUR 250–260 million. EBITA (2021: EUR 10.5 million) will decrease to a level of EUR 8.5–9.5 million.
Kreate’s stronger order backlog, new projects started in Q4, efficient execution of projects and strategic specialisation in demanding construction contributed to the company’s Q4 revenue growing more than previously estimated. The development of the company’s EBITA were impacted by long-term projects not bound to an index as well as the general cost inflation and increase in interest rates.

Because of the quiet period, the company does not comment on or publish any other preliminary information concerning its performance before the publication of the financial statement bulletin. Kreate Group Oyj will publish its financial statement bulletin regarding the 2022 performance on 31 January 2023 at approximately 8:30 a.m. On this date, the company will organise an online event concerning the performance with the opportunity to ask questions.

Sisäpiiritieto, tulosvaroitus: Ennakkotietoa Kreaten vuoden 2022 taloudellisesta kehityksestä – koko vuoden liikevaihto ylitti 14 miljoonalla eurolla ohjeistushaarukan ja EBITA oli ohjeistuksen mukainen
Kreate Group Oyj (“Kreate”) julkistaa ennakkotietoja vuoden viimeisen neljänneksen ja koko vuoden taloudellisesta kehityksestä. Alustavien tilintarkastamattomien tietojen mukaan Kreaten liikevaihto vuonna 2022 kasvoi 273,9 miljoonaan euroon ja EBITA oli 8,8 miljoonaa euroa.
30.9.2022 annettu ohjeistus vuodelle 2022:Kreate arvioi, että sen liikevaihto (2021: 237,6 miljoonaa euroa) kasvaa vuoteen 2021 verrattuna ja tulee olemaan noin 250–260 miljoonaa euroa. EBITA (2021: 10,5 miljoonaa euroa) laskee 8,5–9,5 miljoonan euron tasolle.
Kreaten vahvistunut tilauskanta, viimeisen vuosineljänneksen aikana käynnistyneet uudet hankkeet, hankkeiden tehokas toteuttaminen ja strateginen erikoistuminen vaativaan rakentamiseen tukivat liikevaihdon kehittymistä vuoden viimeisellä neljänneksellä aiemmin arvioitua enemmän. Euromääräisen EBITAn kehittymiseen vaikuttivat sekä pitkäkestoiset hankkeet, joita ei ollut sidottu indeksiin, että yleinen kustannusinflaatio ja korkojen nousu.
