Hove skelner i alle udmeldinger mellem tre kundekategorier; mindre og mellemstore kunder defineres som ”kunder”, producenter af vindmøller, kraner og andet maskineri med mekaniske lejer defineres som ”OEM’er” og de 10 største operatører i de respektive regioner og/eller industrier defineres som ”store operatører”.
Hove melder alle aftaler og ordrer ud med en samlet estimeret værdi på højere end 500.000 kr.
Salg af Hove Smart Lube samt ordrer til nye industrier er centrale i Hoves strategi, hvorfor disse udmeldes hver gang en ordre modtages.
Ordrer internt mellem Hoves selskaber udmeldes ikke.
