Gofore Plc’s Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report 2024 published
Gofore Plc’s Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2024 have been published. The reports are attached to this release and available in Finnish at www.gofore.com/sijoita and in English at www.gofore.com/en/invest. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, Sustainability Report, the 2024 Financial Statements and an Auditor’s Report. Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report are available as separate reports.
The Financial Statements are published as an xHTML file in Finnish language in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The file is attached in the release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements of the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags, and the notes to the financial statements with XBRL block tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on the ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).

Gofore Oyj on julkaissut vuosikertomuksen, selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä ja palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2024. Raporttikokonaisuus on suomeksi tämän tiedotteen liitteenä sekä saatavilla osoitteessa www.gofore.com/sijoita ja englanniksi www.gofore.com/en/invest.
Vuosikertomus sisältää hallituksen toimintakertomuksen, kestävyysselvityksen, vuoden 2024 tilinpäätöksen ja tilintarkastuskertomuksen. Selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportti vuodelta 2024 ovat saatavilla erillisinä raportteina.
Tilinpäätös on julkaistu European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) -raportointivaatimusten mukaisena, suomenkielisenä xHTML-tiedostona, joka on tämän tiedotteen liitteenä. ESEF-vaatimusten mukaisesti konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä ja liitetiedot block-merkinnöillä. Tilintarkastusyhteisö Ernst & Young Oy on antanut kohtuullisen varmuuden antavan riippumattoman tilintarkastajan varmennusraportin ESEF-tilinpäätöksestä. Varmennus on suoritettu ISAE 3000 (uudistettu) -varmennustoimeksiantostandardin mukaisesti.
