Konsortie deltagerne er: Nederlandse Organisatie voor Toegepast (TNO), Helmholtz-Zemtrum Berlin (HZB), Fraunhofer, French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), FOM Technologies (FOM), Saule Technologies, Saule Research Institute (SRI), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), 3D-Micromac AG, SALD B.V., TECNALIA and Amira SRO.

FOM made it through the narrow keyhole and has obtained a grant in a consortium accepted by the EU Horizon Europe programme. The consortium consists of absolute top research institutes and companies in the Perovskite research field in Europe. Perovskite is expected to be the future of solar power.
FOM made it through the narrow keyhole and has obtained a grant accepted by the EU Horizon Europe programme under HORIZON Research and Innovation Actions. The project name is called “SuPerTandem”. The aim is to develop PV tandem cells and modules that will reach efficiencies >30%, while offering the same lifetime and degradation rate as standard crystalline panels at only marginally higher cost, thus creating a viable economic pathway for commercialisation of these technologies.
The total budget from the EU is 4,930,196 EUR, where approx. 148,000 EUR is allocated to FOM Technologies. The project runs for 3 years, and the consortium consists of absolute top research institutes and companies in the Perovskite research field in Europe.
During this project, FOM will contribute to the specifications for a roll-to-roll production line for flexible all-perovskite tandem modules, the development of large-area processing of functional layers, and the blueprint design for the sustainable perovskite-based PV fabrication. At the end of this project, FOM will have a good definition of the concepts required to make a production like slot-die coating equipment for in-line production of tandem perovskites PV. One of the most significant benefits for the customer will be a shorter time to market for the solar PV modules.
Consortium participants: Nederlandse Organisatie voor Toegepast (TNO), Helmholtz-Zemtrum Berlin (HZB), Fraunhofer, French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), FOM Technologies (FOM), Saule Technologies, Saule Research Institute (SRI), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), 3D-Micromac AG, SALD B.V., TECNALIA and Amira SRO.
This investor news will not change the 2022 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.
