FOM Technologies har ansat Michael Bjerregaard Andersen som CSO (Chief Sales Officer) og sætter dermed yderligere fokus på selskabets voksende omsætning.
FOM Technologies udvider ledelsesteamet med ansættelse af Michael Bjerregaard Andersen. Med titel af CSO (Chief Sales Officer) får Michael Bjerregaard Andersen det fulde globale salgsansvar i FOM Technologies. Michael Bjerregaard Andersen har en mangeårig erfaring med salg af højtavancerede tekniske maskiner og udstyr og kommer fra en stilling som Sales Director hos det tyske Syntegon Technology (tidligere Bosch Packaging Technology) som er verdens største producent af maskiner og udstyr til den farmaceutiske industri.
Michael Bjerregaard Andersen er uddannet maskinteknikker, har en HD i udenrigshandel samt en MBA.
Martin Kiener som er stifter af FOM Technologies og som tidligere har ledet salgsaktiviteterne i selskabet vil fortsat have ansvar for salg til selskabets strategiske kunder, men vil derudover som CIO (Chief Innovation Officer) ligeledes have det fremtidige ansvar for Innovation i selskabet.

Denne investor nyhed ændrer ikke den økonomiske guidance for 2022 for omsætning og EBITDA.

FOM Technologies has hired Michael Bjerregaard Andersen as CSO (Chief Sales Officer) and thus puts further focus on the company’s growing revenue.
FOM Technologies expands the management team with the appointment of Michael Bjerregaard Andersen. With the title of CSO (Chief Sales Officer), Michael Bjerregaard Andersen is given full global sales responsibility in FOM Technologies. Michael Bjerregaard Andersen has many years of experience in the sale of highly advanced technical machinery and equipment and comes from a position as Sales Director at the German based Syntegon Technology (formerly Bosch Packaging Technology), which is the world’s largest manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.Michael Bjerregaard Andersen is trained as a machine technician, has an Bachelor in foreign trade and an MBA.
Martin Kiener, who is the founder of FOM Technologies and who previously led the sales activities in the company, will continue to be responsible for sales to the company’s strategic customers, but in addition, as CIO (Chief Innovation Officer), will also have the future responsibility for Innovation in the company.
CEO Michael Stadi states: “We are very proud and happy to be able to attract such strong and experienced competence as Michael Bjerregaard Andersen to lead our global growth journey on the sales side. Together with Martin Kiener and the rest of the sales team, we are now ready to grow our global activities significantly from here”.
This investor news will not change the 2022 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.
