FOM Technologies har nu sat kommercielt fokus på Australasia og indleder med at føje en batteriteknologi virksomhed i Australien til kundelisten. Af konkurrence hensyn ønsker kunden at være anonym, men vi kan oplyse at aftalen er indgået gennem FOM Technologies australske distributør Scitek Australia Pty Ltd. i Sydney.
FOM Technologies er stolte over at kunne annoncere salget af vores flagskibs forskningsmaskine til en af Australiens spændende batteriteknologi virksomheder og dermed håber virksomheden, at den første sten er lagt til at kunne realisere et langsigtet kommercielt potentiale i Australasia.
CEO for FOM Technologies Michael Stadi udtaler: ”Som born global virksomhed er det virkelig glædeligt, at vi nu også kan tilføje Australasia på vores geografiske oversigt. Applikations områderne: Batterier, brændselsceller og P2X vokser globalt og vi følger naturligvis med. Med kommerciel eksport til Australien tilfører vi yderligere aktivitet til Asien som region, som derved udvikler sig gunstigt som de øvrige hovedområder – Nordamerika og Europa.”
Denne investor nyhed ændrer ikke den økonomiske guidance for 2023 for omsætning og EBITDA.

FOM Technologies has now set a commercial focus on Australasia and is beginning by adding a battery technology company in Australia to the customer list. Due to competitive reasons, the customer wishes to remain anonymous, but we can state that the agreement was concluded through FOM Technologies’ Australian distributor Scitek Australia Pty Ltd. in Sydney.
FOM Technologies is proud to announce the sale of our flagship research machine to one of Australia’s exciting battery technology companies and with this, the company hopes that the first stone has been laid, to realize a long-term commercial potential in Australasia.
CEO of FOM Technologies Michael Stadi states: “As a born global company, it is very gratifying that we can now add Australasia to our geographical customer map. The application fields: Batteries, fuel cells and P2X are growing globally, and we naturally follow along. With commercial exports to Australia, we add further activity to Asia as a region, which thereby develops favorable like the other main geographic areas – North America and Europe.”
This investor news will not change the 2023 financial guidance for revenue and EBITDA.
