—//—KONTAKT INFORMATION:Selskab:FOM Technologies A/SCEO Michael StadiPhone: +45 20 66 60 44E-mail: ms@fomtechnologies.comwww.fomtechnologies.comCertified Advisor:Norden CEF A/SJohn NordenPhone: +45 20 72 02 00E-mail: jn@nordencef.dkwww.nordencef.dkKommunikation:Gullev & Co. While FOM Technologies’ advanced research equipment is being put into play in an increasing number of application areas, including the defence industry, the company headquartered in Kastrup Port can now also plant a Danish flag in yet another overseas market. The company’s advanced slot-die coating technology will now assist the ACE-FUELS (African Center of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems) consortium in the organization’s long-term and, in an African context, groundbreaking research into the storage and conversion of renewable energy for the populations south of the Sahara.Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) in the Nigerian capital, has committed to purchase equipment from FOM Technologies, which will now supply and implement slot die coating technology and laboratory-scale equipment. ACE FUELS recently inaugurated a state-of-the-art research laboratory equipped with innovative technology for groundbreaking experiments in the field of renewable energy utilization, storage and conversion.Through the supply of equipment, FOM will support ACE-FUELS in achieving its mission to drive the development and implementation of clean energy technologies in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa – thereby addressing the critical regional challenge of energy access and reliability.Peter Skade, Sales Director at FOM Technologies, comments on the agreement: “The order from ACE-FUELS at FUTO is a milestone for the sale of equipment to that part of the world. Using our machines for groundbreaking research in renewable energy in sub-Saharan Africa is perfectly aligned with our mission to accelerate innovation through our technology.”Through the precision, scalability and reproducibility that characterize FOM’s slot-die coating systems, materials scientists at ACE-FUELS now have the opportunity to accelerate breakthroughs from the laboratory to energy conversion and ultimately deliver cheap and green energy to millions of Africans. Through this order, FOM Technologies’ products can support the region’s ambitions for a healthy future development with democratized access to energy for both the population and businesses with the least possible negative impact on the local environment.FOM Technologies will publish our H1 2025 report on Thursday the 14th of August, 2025.—//—CONTACT INFORMATION:Company:FOM Technologies A/SCEO Michael StadiPhone: +45 20 66 60 44E-mail: ms@fomtechnologies.comwww.fomtechnologies.comCertified Advisor:Norden CEF A/SJohn NordenPhone: +45 20 72 02 00E-mail: jn@nordencef.dkwww.nordencef.dkCommunication:Gullev & Co.
