Stærk global efterspørgsel efter FOM Technologies teknologi og produkter, kombineret med en dedikeret salgsperformance, får selskabet til at opjustere guidance for omsætning for 2022 – allerede inden udgangen af Q1.
Stærk global interesse fra akademiske kunder såvel som fra erhvervskunder, kombineret med dedikeret salgsperformance fører til, at FOM Technologies allerede inden udgangen af Q1 2022, opjusterer guidance for omsætning for 2022 fra tidligere DKK 26 mio. – DKK 30 mio. til DKK 29 mio. – DKK 32 mio., mens guidance for EBITDA fastholdes.
Adm. direktør Michael Stadi udtaler: ”Vores 2022 er startet med stærk efterspørgsel efter vores løsninger, produkter og teknologi, hvilket kombineret med en stærk holdindsats fra salgsorganisationen og resten af FOM-teamet, får os til at udmelde en højere guidance på ca. 10% fra tidligere guidance. Vi har stor respekt for de udfordringer, som alle selskaber, der leverer højteknologisk udstyr, oplever pt, som følge af den globale komponent mangel. Resultat og omsætning i regnskabsåret 2022 er derfor fortsat omgivet af en vis usikkerhed, hvilket er baggrunden for en konservativ opjustering”.
NY OPDATERET FINANSIEL GUIDANCE FOR 2022:
Omsætning: I intervallet fra DKK 29 mio. til DKK 32 mio.EBITDA: I intervallet fra DKK 1 mio. til DKK 3 mio.
De opdaterede forventninger udgør intern viden og er baseret på præliminære og ikke-reviderede regnskabstal for 2022. Den endelige årsrapport for 2022 forventet at blive offentliggjort den 9. marts 2023.

THIS COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDER INFORMATION
Strong global demand for FOM Technologies products and technology, combined with a dedicated sales performance, causes the company to raise revenue guidance for 2022 – even before the end of Q1.
Strong global interest from academic customers as well as from corporate customers, combined with dedicated sales performance, leads to upward guidance on revenue for 2022, from the previous DKK 26 mio. – DKK 30 million to DKK 29 mio. – DKK 32 mio, while guidance for EBITDA is maintained.
CEO Michael Stadi states: “Our 2022 has started with a strong demand for our solutions, products and technology, which combined with a strong team effort from the sales organization and the rest of the FOM team, makes us announce a higher guidance of approx. 10% from previous guidance. We have great respect for the challenges that all companies that supply high-tech equipment are currently experiencing, due to the global component shortage. Profit and revenue in the financial year 2022 are therefore still surrounded by some uncertainty, which is the background for a conservative upward adjustment”.
NEW REVISED FINANCIAL GUIDANCE FOR 2022:
Revenue: Interval range from DKK 29 mio. to DKK 32 mio.EBITDA: Interval range from DKK 1 mio. to DKK 3 mio.
The updated guidance is insider information and are based on preliminary and unaudited financial figures for 2022. The final annual report for 2022 is expected to be published on the 9th of March 2023.
