Med ESG som stærkt fremtidigt strategisk fokus har FOM Technologies netop udsendt sin første ESG-publikation kaldet ”ESG Initiatives – 2022”. Publikationen vil fungere som en platform for fremtidige ESG-reporter, der forventes udsendt samtidig med selskabets årsregnskaber.
Med stigende investor fokus på ESG (Miljø (Environment), Samfund (Social) samt Ledelse (Governance)), har FOM Technologies netop udsendt sin første ESG-publikation kaldet ”ESG Initiatives – 2022”. I publikationen definerer selskabet indsatsområder indenfor de 3 ESG-elementer. Derudover definerer selskabet 22 kvantitative målsætninger, som selskabet ønskerat arbejde med indenfor ESG-området.
CEO Michael Stadi udtaler: ”Det er en virkelig spændende rejse, at vi nu for alvor begynder at tage livtag med hele ESG-området. Vi har i vores første publikation defineret 22 KPI’er (Key Performance Indikators), som vi målrettet kommer til at arbejde med i hverdagen og vores fremtidige ESG-rapporter. Det er ambitiøst for en mindre scale-up virksomhed og understreger vores fokus på ESG-forpligtelser overfor medarbejdere, investorer samt alle øvrige stakeholders.”

With ESG as a strong future strategic focus, FOM Technologies has just issued its first ESG publication called “ESG Initiatives – 2022”. The publication will create the platform for futureESG reports, that will be published at the same time as the annual account reports”.
With increasing investor focus on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), FOM Technologies has just issued its first ESG publication called “ESG Initiatives – 2022”. In the publication, the company defines focus areas within the 3 sub-areas. In addition, the company defines 22 quantitative objectives that the company wishes to work with in the future withinthe ESG area.
CEO Michael Stadi states: “It is a really exciting journey for us, that we are now taking seriously the entire ESG area. In our first publication, we have defined 22 KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) which we will work with in a targeted manner in all future ESG reports. It is ambitious for a smaller scale-up company and underlines our future ESG obligations towards employees, investors and all other stakeholders.”
