FBV (Foreningen for Børsnoterede Vækstvirksomheder) har netop kåret FOM Technologies som årets danske børsnoterede vækstvirksomed. Kåringen fandt sted på FBV’s årsmøde som netoper afholdt i Børsbygningen i København.
Det var en stolt og beæret CEO i FOM Technologies Michael Stadi der på vegne af FOM-teamet modtog prisen for årets danske børsnoterede vækstvirksomhed. Kåringen fandt sted på FBV’s årsmøde tidligere i dag i København.
FBV er en forening der blev stiftet i oktober 2021 og som repræsenterer økosystemet af virksomheder, der ønsker eller har valgt at lade sig børsnotere for at rejse kapital til at finansiere deres vækstrejse, uanset hvilken børs de er noteret på.
Blandt alle nominerede selskaber valgte et jurypanel på fem eksperter at kåre FOM Technologies ud fra følgende kriterier:
Opnåede resultater
Kursudvikling
Bredde i aktionærkredsen
Governance
Investor relations samt
Kommunikation
I forbindelse med overrækkelse af prisen, takkede CEO Michael Stadi dem, der havde indstillet og nomineret selskabet, juryen samt det øvrige FOM-team for en fremragende holdindsats og lovede at selskabet ville gøre hvad de kunne, for at inspirere andre samt at leve op til prisen fremadrettet.I år er første gang at prisen uddeles.

Copenhagen, the 7st of September 2022
FOM Technologies has just been named as this year’s winner of the best Danish listed growth company by ALGC (Association for Listed Growth Companies). The award show took place at ALGC’s annual assembly, which was held at the old stock exchange building in Copenhagen.
It was a proud and honored CEO of FOM Technologies Michael Stadi who, on behalf of the FOM-team, received the award for this year’s best Danish listed growth company. The selection took place at ALGC’s annual meeting which took place on September 7th in Copenhagen.
ALGC is an association that was founded in October 2021 and represents the ecosystem of advisers and companies that want or have chosen to be listed on the stock exchange in order to raise capital to finance their growth journey, regardless of which stock exchange they are listed on.
Among all nominated companies, a jury panel of five experts chose to award FOM Technologies based on the following criteria’s:
• Achieved results and performance• Stock price development• Shareholder base• Governance• Investor relations as well as • Communication
In connection with the awarding of the price, CEO Michael Stadi thanked those who nominated the company, the jury and the rest of the FOM-team for an excellent team effort and promised that the company would do everything they could to inspire others, as well as living up to the award going forward.This year is the first time that the prize has been awarded.
