FOM Technologies har ansat Allan de Neergaard som ny CSO (Chief Sales Officer) og ansætter derudover den første medarbejder i selskabets amerikanske datterselskab FOM Technologies Inc. Hermed videreføres opbygning af en stærk global salgsorganisation med fokus på at fortsætte selskabets vækstrejse.
FOM Technologies justerer ledelsesteamet med ansættelse af Allan de Neergaard pr. 1. juni 2023 som ny CSO (Chief Sales Officer). Allan de Neergaard erstatter hermed Michael Bjerregaard Andersen som forlader selskabet. Med titel af CSO (Chief Sales Officer) får Allan de Neergaard det fulde globale salgsansvar i FOM Technologies koncernen. Allan de Neergaard har en mangeårig erfaring med salg af højtavancerede tekniske maskiner og udstyr og kommer fra en stilling som Director of Sales i kvanteteknologi selskabet QDevil samt President i QDevils amerikanske datterselskab QDevil Inc.
QDevil er et af verdens førende selskaber indenfor kvanteelektronik, og ansættelsen understreger, at dette område har stigende kommerciel interesse for FOM Technologies, i kombination med selskabets øvrige to strategiske fokusområder, som er materialeforskning indenfor sol og batterier.
CEO Michael Stadi udtaler: ”Vi er meget stolte og glade for at kunne tiltrække så stærk og erfaren en kompetence som Allan de Neergaard til at lede vores globale vækstrejse på salgssiden. Sammen med founder Martin Kiener og det øvrige salgsteam er vi nu klar til at vokse vores globale salgsaktiviteter i Danmark og i USA væsentligt herfra”.
Etableringen af en permanent medarbejderbase i USA vil forøge selskabets tilstedeværelse i USA og er en markant forstærkning af selskabets synlighed på et meget væsentligt marked. Det har været en strategisk prioritet for selskabet igennem en periode, og vi er meget tilfredse med, at vi nu kan iværksatte dette skridt.
Denne investor nyhed ændrer ikke guidance for 2023 for omsætning og EBITDA.

FOM Technologies FOM Technologies has hired Allan de Neergaard as the new CSO (Chief Sales Officer) and is also hiring the first employee in the company’s American subsidiary FOM Technologies Inc. This will continue the building of a strong global sales organization witha focus on continuing the company’s growth journey.
FOM Technologies adjusts the management team with the appointment of Allan de Neergaardper 1 June 2023 as new CSO (Chief Sales Officer). Allan de Neergaard hereby replaces Michael Bjerregaard Andersen, who is leaving the company. With the title of CSO (Chief Sales Officer), Allan de Neergaard will be given full global sales responsibility in the FOM Technologies group. Allan de Neergaard has many years of experience in the sale of highly advanced technical machines and equipment and comes from a position as Director of Sales in the quantum technology company QDevil, as well as President in QDevil’s American subsidiary QDevil Inc.
QDevil is one of the world’s leading companies within quantum electronics, and the appointment emphasizes that this area has increasing commercial interest for FOM Technologies, in combination with the company’s other two strategic focus areas, which are material research within solar and batteries.
CEO Michael Stadi states: “We are very proud and happy to be able to attract such strong and experienced competence as Allan de Neergaard to lead our global growth journey on the sales side. Together with founder Martin Kiener and the rest of the sales team, we are now ready to grow our global sales activities in Denmark and the USA significantly from here on.”
The establishment of a permanent employee base in the USA will increase the company’s presence in the USA and is a significant reinforcement of the company’s visibility on a very important market. It has been a strategic priority for the company for some time, and we arevery pleased that we can now take this step.
This investor news does not change the 2023 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.
