Projektet skal fremme udviklingen af PEM brændsels-celler til PtX (Power to X) industrien, herunder udvikling af software og hardware til kvalitetskontrol af rulle-til-rulle producerede brændselsceller.
FOM Technologies kan tilføje endnu et forsknings- og innovationsprojekt til selskabets R/D pipeline. Projektet er finansieret af Innovationsfonden på baggrund af en godkendt Missionbooster ansøgning med titlen: “In-line characterization system to improve the quality and reproducebility of slot-die coated polymer electrolyte membranes.”
Projektet skal fremme udviklingen af en karakteriseringsmetode af PEM brændselsceller til PtX industrien, herunder udvikling af software og hardware til kvalitetskontrol af rulle-til-rulle producerede brændselsceller. Partnerne i konsortiet, som ledes af FOM Technologies A/S, er DTU Energy og DFM (Danmarks Nationale Metrologiinstitut). Projektet løber over 2 år og i tråd med Innovationsfondens retningslinjer tilfalder al udviklet IP FOM Technologies.

Denne investor nyhed ændrer ikke den økonomiske guidance for 2023 for omsætning og EBITDA.

The project will promote the development of PEM fuel cells for the PtX (Power to X) industry, including the development of software and hardware for quality control of roll-to-roll produced fuel cells.
FOM Technologies can add another research- and innovation project to the company’s R/D pipeline. The project is financed by the Danish Innovation Fund on the basis of an approved Missionbooster application with the title: “In-line characterization system to improve the quality and reproducibility of slot-die coated polymer electrolyte membranes.”
The project will promote the development of a characterization method of PEM fuel cells for the PtX industry, including the development of software and hardware for quality control of roll-to-roll produced fuel cells. The partners in the consortium, which is led by FOM Technologies A/S, are DTU Energy and DFM (Denmark’s National Metrology Institute). The project runs over 2 years and, in line with the Innovation Fund’s guidelines, all developed IP belongs to FOM Technologies.
Michael Stadi, CEO of FOM Technologies, states: “At FOM, we are proud to be selected again as a consortium participant for national and international research within the cleantech technologies of the future. This research wants to create a new development in the Danish PtX venture, where there is demand from the US in particular for scaling up and industrialization of fuel cell technology from Europe. We are now starting to roll up our sleeves, with a focus on developing something commercial.”
This investor news does not change the financial guidance for 2023 for revenue and EBITDA.
