Vi er stolte af at kunne meddele, at Grzegorz Potoczny er blevet forfremmet til Chief Technology Officer (CTO) hos FOM Technologies med virkning fra 1. september 2025.Siden Grzegorz kom til FOM, har han demonstreret dyb videnskabelig forståelse, ingeniørmæssig udførelse og strategisk projektledelse. Hans evne til at bygge bro mellem områderne slot-die coating science, maskindesignoptimering og kundeprojektstyring har allerede haft en betydelig indflydelse på tværs af vores organisation.Grzegorz har en kandidatgrad i kemi og en ph.d. i materialevidenskab og bringer et stærkt internationalt perspektiv med sig, da han har arbejdet i både Latinamerika og Europa med kommercialisering af materialevidenskabelige teknologier.I sin nye rolle vil Grzegorz lede både vores Custom Projects-gruppe og Science & Learning-afdelingen med direkte rapportering fra begge teams. Hans lederskab vil sikre, at kundespecifikke løsninger udvikles med teknisk præcision og videnskabelig omhu. We are proud to announce that Grzegorz Potoczny has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FOM Technologies, effective September 1st, 2025.Since joining FOM, Grzegorz has demonstrated deep scientific understanding, engineering execution, and strategic project leadership. His ability to bridge the fields of slot-die coating science, machine design optimization, and customer project management has already made a significant impact across our organization.Grzegorz holds an M.Sc./Eng. in Chemistry and a PhD in Materials Science, and brings with him a strong international perspective, having worked across both Latin America and Europe in the commercialization of materials science technologies.In his new role, Grzegorz will lead both our Custom Projects group and the Science & Learning department, with direct reports from both teams. His leadership will ensure that customer-specific solutions are developed with technical precision and scientific diligence.
