FOM Technologies A/S enter a cooperation and distribution agreement with leading glovebox workstation manufacturer M. Braun Inertgas Systems GmbH in Germany.
FOM Technologies has today entered a cooperation and distribution agreement with leading glovebox workstation manufacturer M. Braun Inertgas Systems GmbH based in Germany.
FOM Technologies CEO Michael Stadi states: “We are humble and proud, that one of the world’s leading glovebox workstation manufacturer has offered to cooperate and distribute our technology. M. Braun is worldwide renowned for excellent inert gas systems and we look very much forward to strengthen the cooperation with M. Braun’s global staff and their global distribution network.”
M. Braun’s CSO Daniel Kaserovsky states: “There is a good technical synergy between our technology and FOM Technologies’ products and solutions. We look very much forward to the cooperation, that will strengthen both our companies.”
This company announcement will not change the 2021 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.

German-based M. Braun Inert gas Systems GmbH operates globally and specializes in inert glove box workstations, glove box systems, vacuum deposition, inert gas purifiers, solvent purifiers and custom solutions.

FOM Technologies A/S indgår samarbejds- og distributionsaftale med af en verdens ledende handskerums producenter M. Braun Inertgas Systems GmbH i Tyskland.
FOM Technologies har idag indgået en samarbejds- og distributionsaftale med en af verdens førende handskerums producenter M. Braun Inertgas Systems GmbH med hovedkvarter i Tyskland.
FOM Technologies CEO Michael Stadi udtaler: “Vi er ydmyge og stolte over, at en af verdens førende handskerums producent har ønsket at indgå en aftale om samarbejde og distribution af vores technologi.
