Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by EcoOnline Holding AS (the “Company”) on 29 March 2022 regarding the Company’s acquisition of Biome Environmental Limited (“Biome”) and the issuance of 330,012 new shares in the Company at a price of NOK 19.924 per share pursuant to a board authorization granted 15 March 2021.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 330,012 new shares to Gary Morgan, CEO of and one of the sellers of Biome, has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company’s new registered share capital, number of shares and par value is as follows:
Share capital: NOK 16,563,902.50
Total number of shares: 165,639,025
Par value of each share: NOK 0.1
