Oslo 14 July 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement issued on 9 July 2021, where EcoOnline Holding AS (the “Company”) informed that EcoOnline AS had entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Pilotech AS, in which NOK 4 million of the purchase price shall be settled by three of the sellers reinvesting in the Company. Further reference is made to the stock exchange announcement issued on 12 July 2021, where the Company informed that the Company’s board of directors pursuant to a board authorization resolved a share capital increase of NOK 16,000 directed towards Morten Køpke, Harald Axelsen and Martin Nguyen (all being sellers and key employees of Pilotech AS) provided that the Pilotech transaction would be completed.
The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Pilotech AS has been completed today.
