Digital Workforce Services’s share subscriptions based on stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020
A total of 50,580 Digital Workforce Services Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Company’s stock options on January 1 – 31 March 2022. A total of 31,080 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2017, a total of 15,225 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2018 and a total of 4,275 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2020.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 the entire subscription price of EUR 15,072.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of Digital Workforce Services’s shares is 11,137,518.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on 10 May 2022, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland together with the old shares as of 11 May 2022.

Digital Workforce Oyj:n osakkeita on merkitty optio-oikeuksilla 2017, 2018 ja 2020
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n optio-oikeuksilla 2017, 2018 ja 2020 1.1. – 31.3.2022 välillä merkitty yhteensä 50 580 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla 2017 on merkitty yhteensä 31 080 yhtiön uutta osaketta, optio-oikeuksilla 2018 on merkitty yhteensä 15 225 yhtiön uutta osaketta ja optio-oikeuksilla 2020 on merkitty yhteensä 4 275 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 15 072,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen Digital Workforce Oyj:n osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 11 137 518 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 10.5.2022. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien.
Uudet osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena NASDAQ Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 11.5.2022 alkaen.
