Digital Workforce Services Plc completes the acquisition of company’s own shares
Digital Workforce Services Plc has completed the acquisition of the company’s own shares, the commencement of which the company announced on 7 May 2024. The share repurchases commenced on 8 May 2024 and ended on 27 August 2024. During this period, Digital Workforce acquired 48 083 own shares with a total value of EUR 199 856,30 and an average price of EUR 4,156486. The shares were acquired in public trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland at the market price prevailing at the time of acquisition.
The acquisition of the company’s own shares was based on the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on 11 April 2024. The purpose of the acquisition of the company’s own shares is to use the shares as a vehicle in potential acquisitions, possibly as part of the company’s share-based incentive schemes, and otherwise to be reassigned, held by the company, or cancelled.
Digital Workforce Services Plc has a total of 11 268 843 shares and the number of outstanding shares after the acquisitions is 11 145 402. After the acquisitions, Digital Workforce holds a total of 123 441 own shares, corresponding to approximately 1,10% of the total number of shares.

Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n omien osakkeiden hankinta päättynyt
Digital Workforce Services Oyj on saanut päätökseen yhtiön omien osakkeiden takaisinosto-ohjelman, jonka aloittamisesta yhtiö tiedotti 7.5.2024. Omien osakkeiden hankinnat alkoivat 8.5.2024 ja päättyivät 27.8.2024. Tämän jakson aikana Digital Workforce hankki 48 083 omaa osaketta, joiden kokonaisarvo oli 199 856,30 euroa ja hinta keskimäärin 4,156486 euroa. Osakkeet hankittiin Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla järjestetyssä julkisessa kaupankäynnissä hankintahetken markkinahintaan.
Omien osakkeiden hankinta perustui varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 11.4.2024 antamaan valtuutukseen. Hankintaohjelman tarkoituksena on käyttää osakkeita vastikkeena mahdollisissa yrityskaupoissa, mahdollisesti osana yhtiön osakepohjaisia kannustinjärjestelmiä sekä muutoin edelleen luovutettavaksi, yhtiöllä pidettäväksi tai mitätöitäväksi.
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n osakkeiden lukumäärä on 11 268 843 kappaletta ja ulkona olevien osakkeiden lukumäärä hankintojen jälkeen on 11 145 402 kappaletta. Hankintojen jälkeen Digital Workforcella on hallussaan yhteensä 123 441 kappaletta omaa osaketta, joka vastaa noin 1,10 prosenttia yhtiön kaikista osakkeista.
