Forløb af ordinær generalforsamling
Den ordinære generelforsamling i Mdundo.com A/S blev afholdt den 26. oktober 2021 på Matrikel1, Højbro Plads i København samt online. Alle bestyrelsens forslag blev vedtaget.
Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 14-2021
Direktør Martin Møller Nielsen samt bestyrelsens formand, Jesper Vesten Drescher, fremlagde årsrapport 2020/2021 per 30. juni 2021, som viste en omsætning på DKK 2,3 mio., et negativt resultat på DKK -8,4 mio. Derudover fremlagde ledelsen en gennemgang af forretningens udvikling for året.

Resolutions of annual general meeting
The ordinary general meeting for Mdundo.com A/S was held on the 26th October 2021 at Matrikel1, Højbro Plads in Copenhagen as well as online. All of the proposals by the board of directors were approved.
Company announcement no. 14-2021
Martin Møller Nielsen, CEO, and Jesper Vesten Drescher, chairman of the board, presented the annual report 2020/2021 as of 30th June 2021, which showed revenues of DKK 2.3m., and a loss of DKK -8.4m. In addition, the management reviewed the development of the business within the year.
