Forløb af ordinær generalforsamling
Den ordinære generelforsamling i Mdundo.com A/S blev afholdt den 27. oktober 2020 på selskabets adresse. Alle bestyrelsens forslag blev vedtaget.
Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 7-2020
Direktør Martin Møller Nielsen samt bestyrelsens formand, Jesper Vesten Drescher, fremlagde årsrapport 2019/2020 per 30. juni 2020, som viste en omsætning på DKK 1,7 mio. og et negativt resultat på DKK -2,1 mio. Derudover fremlagde ledelsen en gennemgang af forretningens udvikling for året.

Resolutions of annual general meeting
The ordinary general meeting for Mdundo.com A/S was held on the 27th October 2020 at the company’s address. All of the proposals by the board of directors were approved.
Company announcement no. 7-2020
Martin Møller Nielsen, CEO, and Jesper Vesten Drescher, chairman of the board, presented the annual report 2019/2020 as of 30th June 2020, which showed revenue of DKK 1,7m., and a loss of DK -2,1m. In addition, the management reviewed the development of the business within the year.
