Opdateret tidsplan for evalueringen af strategiske muligheder for Communications
Som meldt ud den 5. februar 2024 er Demant i gang med at evaluere de strategiske muligheder for koncernens Communications-forretning, der udvikler premium audio- og videoløsninger til virksomheder under EPOS-brandet. Evalueringen pågår stadig, og vi forventer nu, at den vil være afsluttet i Q3 2024 (tidligere ved udgangen af H1 2024). I mellemtiden forbliver vi fuldt ud dedikeret til at drive forretningen og betjene vores kunder og partnere som hidtil.
Som tidligere kommunikeret vil yderligere information om fremdriften i evalueringsprocessen blive offentliggjort, når og hvis det er påkrævet.

Updated timeline for the strategic review of Communications
As announced on 5 February 2024, Demant is currently undertaking a strategic review of the Group’s Communications business, which develops premium enterprise audio and video solutions under the EPOS brand. The strategic review is still ongoing, and we now expect the review to be completed in Q3 2024 (previously by the end of H1 2024). In the meantime, we remain fully committed to running the business and serving our customers and partners as usual.
As communicated earlier, further information regarding the progress of the review will be shared as and when required.
