Justerede sammenligningstal for 2023
Den 5. februar 2024 meldte Demant ud, at man havde besluttet at gennemføre en evaluering af de strategiske muligheder for Communications-forretningsområdet. I henhold til IFRS 5 – Anlægsaktiver bestemt for salg og ophørte aktiviteter og som tidligere meldt ud indregnes Communications derfor i koncernens finansielle rapportering og regnskab som en ophørende aktivitet sammen med Hearing Implants, og sammenligningstallene for 2023 er justeret for at afspejle dette. Med henblik på afstemning af disse tal med de rapporterede tal har vi vedhæftet justerede resultatopgørelser og opgørelse over frie pengestrømme før virksomhedsopkøb (ureviderede) for følgende rapporteringsperioder: H1 2023, H2 2023 og FY 2023.

Restated comparative figures for 2023
On 5 February 2024, Demant announced the decision to undertake a strategic review of its Communications business segment. In accordance with IFRS 5 – Non-current Assets Held for Sale and Discontinued Operations and as previously communicated, Communications is therefore recognised in the Group’s financial reporting as a discontinued operation together with Hearing Implants, and comparative figures for 2023 are restated to reflect this. To help reconcile these figures, we attach restated income statements and statement of free cash flow before acquisitions (unaudited) for continuing operations for the following reporting periods: H1 2023, H2 2023 and FY 2023.
