Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 6/2022 – intern viden: Ledende medarbejderes transaktioner
Dataproces Group A/S har i henhold til Markedsmisbrugsforordningens Artikel 19 modtaget følgende notifikation om ledende medarbejderes og/eller disses nærtståendes transaktioner.
Ulstrup Invest ApS, der er nærtstående til Bestyrelsesmedlem Mikkel Ulstrup i Dataproces Group A/S, har den 23-24. juni 2022 købt 250.252 stk. aktier i Dataproces Group A/S, til gennemsnitlig kurs 3,912 svarende til DKK 979.009,09 i alt.
Der henvises i øvrigt til vedhæftede tre skemaer.

Company announcement no. 6/2022 – inside information: Transactions of senior executives
In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification of transactions by senior executives and/or their closely related parties.
Ulstrup Invest ApS, that is closely related to member of the Board Mikkel Ulstrup of Dataproces Group A/S, has on 23rd-24th of June 2022 bought 250,252 shares in Dataproces Group A/S, at an average price of 3,912, corresponding to DKK 979,009.09 in total.
