Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 7/2025: Dataproces fremlægger årsrapport 2024/25.
Årsrapport markerer gennembrud mod profitabel og skalerbar vækst
Dataproces’ CEO Michael Binderup siger:
“Årsregnskabet 2024/25 markerer et strategisk og økonomisk vendepunkt for Dataproces Group A/S: Målet om profitabel vækst for egne penge er nu opnået. Det er en vigtig milepæl, og samtidig et bevis på, at vores strategi og forretningsmodel virker i praksis.
På blot to år har vi mere end fordoblet omsætningen, og samtidig er det lykkedes at nå en målsætning, jeg personligt har haft siden jeg begyndte i jobbet: At omsætte for mere end 1 mio. kr. pr. medarbejder. Det er ikke kun et udtryk for effektiv drift – det vidner også om høj faglighed, et stærkt forretningsfokus og et team, der løfter i flok.
Vores succes bygger på tillid, troværdighed og et solidt fagligt fundament. Vi har positioneret os som en pålidelig digital samarbejdspartner for danske kommuner og det er denne position, vi nu har ambitioner om at skalere. Det første store skridt udad er allerede taget: Vi har gennemført vores første opkøb og har dermed fået adgang til det tyske marked. Det er en vigtig døråbner og et signal om vores ambitioner uden for landets grænser.
Samtidig investerer vi i fremtidig vækst. Bl.a. i form nye softwareløsninger, som lanceres i løbet af efteråret. De skal være med til at styrke vores position yderligere og tilbyde endnu større værdi for vores kunder – både eksisterende og kommende. Bag kulissen arbejder vi målrettet med den fortsatte professionalisering af virksomheden, så vi er rustet til næste fase: vækst på nye markeder og i nye forretningsområder.
Dataproces står stærkt. Tilliden fra investorer og kunder er stor. Og vi har aldrig haft et bedre udgangspunkt for at tænke større.”

Dataproces fastholder forventninger til 2025/26
Dataproces oplever stor tillid, loyalitet og interesse for vores strategiske løsninger. Det forventes både at eksisterende kunder vil tilkøbe ny funktionalitet samt at vi vil opleve tilgang af nye kunder, som vil få kendskab til løsningerne.
Vores guidance for 2025/26 er som offentliggjort den 16. maj 2025:

EBITDA på mellem 16 og 20 mio. DKK
EBIT på mellem 7 og 10 mio DKK

Company announcement no. 7/2025: Dataproces presents Annual Report 2024/25.
Annual report marks breakthrough towards profitable and scalable growth
Dataproces’ CEO Michael Binderup says:
The annual report 2024/25 marks a strategic and economic turning point for Dataproces Group A/S: The goal of profitable growth with our own funds has now been achieved. This is an important milestone and serves as proof that our strategy and business model work in practice.
In just two years, we have more than doubled our revenue, and at the same time, we have achieved a goal that I have personally had since I started in the job: to generate more than 1 million DKK per employee. This is not just an expression of efficient operations – it also reflects high professionalism, a strong business focus, and a team that works together.
Our success is built on trust, credibility, and a solid professional foundation. We have positioned ourselves as a reliable digital partner for Danish municipalities and it is this position that we now aspire to scale. The first major outward step has already been taken: We have completed our first acquisition and thus gained access to the German market. It is an important door opener and a signal of our ambitions beyond the country’s borders.
At the same time, we are investing in future growth, including in the form of new software solutions that will be launched during the autumn. They are intended to further strengthen our position and offer even greater value to our customers – both existing and upcoming. Behind the scenes, we are purposefully working on the continued professionalization of the company, so we are prepared for the next phase: growth in new markets and in new business areas. Dataproces is in a strong position. The trust from investors and customers is significant. And we have never had a better starting point to think bigger.
Financial Key Figures
The turnover for the financial year 2024/25 amounts to DKK 44.4 million. DKK – a growth of 39%
The operating profit (EBITDA) for the financial year 2024/25 amounts to DKK 17.9 million. DKK compared to 8.6 million DKK in the financial year 2023/24 – an increase of DKK 9,3 million.
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of 23.8 milli30on DKK – Dataproces has realized a growth of 43% in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from continuing products in the financial year.
The number of software contracts in SaaS has increased from 143 to now 171 software contracts on our strategic products
Dataproces now delivers license/subscription solutions (Mars, Marc and KØS) to a total of 90 of the country’s 98 municipalities.
The year’s profit after tax amounts to DKK 6.4 million. DKK compared to 0.3 million DKK in the financial year 2023/24.

Dataproces maintains the expectations for 2025/26
Dataprocess experiences great trust, loyalty and interest in our strategic solutions. It is expected both that existing customers will purchase new functionality and that we will experience an influx of new customers who will get to know the solutions.
Our guidance for 2025/26 is as published on 16 May 2025:
ARR growth of 20–35% compared to 2024/25
Revenue of DKK 44-50 million. DKK
EBITDA of between 16 and 20 million DKK
EBIT of between 7 and 10 million DKK
