Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 36, inside information: Dataproces Group A/S indgår pr. den 30. august 2021 et strategisk samarbejde med Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten.
Strategisk samarbejde på flere fronter på det danske, offentlige marked
Dataproces har i dag indgået et strategisk samarbejde med Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten med fokus på at ramme det danske offentlige marked. Samarbejdet tager afsæt i en fælles go-to-market-plan, hvor begge parter komplementeres af hinandens stærke kompetencer.
Samarbejdet opstartes straks, og hensigten er at kunne tilbyde parternes kunder en full-service håndtering af socialretlige problemstillinger, der sikrer, at man som kunde bliver ført igennem hele processen – fra automatisering af manuelle problemstillinger til løsning af juridiske problemstillinger.

Vi har stor gensidig respekt for hinandens kompetencer, og betragter fra vores side samarbejdet som en klar styrkelse af bredden i de produkter, vi tilbyder kunden. Partnerskabet forventes at styrke både salgsarbejdet og rammerne for både dataanalyser, MARS og Min Sag. Ligeledes er det en ambition med samarbejdet at udvide markedet, så det udover de danske kommuner også rummer regioner og stat.

Strategic collaboration on several areas of the Danish public market
As of today, Dataproces has entered into a strategic collaboration with Poul Schmidt/Kammeradvokaten with a focus on the Danish public market. The collaboration aims to a joint go-to-market-plan, where we are able to draw on each other’s strong qualifications.
The collaboration starts immediately, and is intended to secure the customers of both companies, as well as an even stronger full service regarding cases within social law, which ensures, that the customer will be guided through the entire process – from automation of manual workflows to solutions of complex legal issues.

I see this, as a strong expansion of the width of the products we offer our customers. The collaboration is expected to strengthen both the sales effort, and the framework of the products covering data analysis, MARS and Min Sag. Additionally, the collaboration supports the ambition to expand beyond the Danish municipalities and also focus on the Danish regions and the state.
