In the company release published by Digital Workforce Services Plc on 3 November at 9.30, the date of registration in the Trade Register of shares subscribed for under the stock options was announced as 3 November 2022 and the listing date of the shares was announced as 4 November 2022. The shares subscribed for under the stock options will be registered in the Trade Register on 10 November 2022 and the shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares approximately 11 November 2022.

Share subscriptions based on stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020
A total of 45,270 Digital Workforce Services Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Company’s stock options on 30 September 2022. A total of 24,960 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2017, a total of 12,810 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2018 and a total of 7,500 Company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2020.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 the entire subscription price of EUR 15,204.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 11,182,788.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on 10 November 2022, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki together with the old shares approximately 11 November 2022.

Digital Worforce Services Oyj:n 3.11.2022 klo 9:30 julkaisemassa yhtiötiedotteessa optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkittyjen osakkeiden kaupparekisteriin rekisteröintipäiväksi ilmoitettiin 3.11.2022 ja osakkeiden listaamispäiväksi ilmoitettiin 4.11.2022, kun osakkeiden kaupparekisteriin rekisteröintipäivä on 10.11.2022 ja osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa arviolta 11.11.2022.

Osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2017, 2018 ja 2020
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n optio-oikeuksilla 2017, 2018 ja 2020 on 30.9.2022 mennessä merkitty yhteensä 45.270 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla 2017 on merkitty yhteensä 24.960 yhtiön uutta osaketta, optio-oikeuksilla 2018 on merkitty yhteensä 12.810 yhtiön uutta osaketta ja optio-oikeuksilla 2020 on merkitty yhteensä 7.500 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 15.204,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 11.182.788 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 10.11.2022. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena NASDAQ Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa arviolta 11.11.2022 alkaen.
