Correction: Loihde Plc: The cancellation of Loihde Plc’s shares entered in the Trade Register
This is a correction to the company announcement published on 17 May at 9:30 regarding the cancellation of the treasury shares. The number of cancelled shares and the total number of shares were incorrect in the release.
The corrected company announcement below in full:
On 3 May 2022, Loihde Plc announced the decision of its Board of Directors to cancel all the treasury shares in possession of the company on that day, in total 407,218 shares.
The cancellation of the treasury shares has today been registered with the Trade Register.
Following the registration, the total number of shares in Loihde Plc is 5,624,916 shares.

Korjaus: Loihde Oyj:n omien osakkeiden mitätöinti merkitty kaupparekisteriin
Tämä on korjaus 17.5.2022 klo 9.30 julkaistuun omien osakkeiden mitätöinnin rekisteröintiä koskevaan yhtiötiedotteeseen, jossa oli virhe mitätöityjen osakkeiden määrässä ja osakkeiden kokonaismäärässä.
Alla korjattu tiedote kokonaisuudessaan:
Loihde Oyj tiedotti 3.5.2022 hallituksen päätöksestä mitätöidä kaikki yhtiön hallussa kyseisenä päivänä olleet 407 218 osaketta.
Osakkeiden mitätöinti on tänään merkitty kaupparekisteriin.
Yhtiön osakemäärä on rekisterimerkinnän jälkeen 5 624 916.
