Annual Financial Report

Componenta Corporation’s Annual Review for 2022 has been published in Finnish and English at company’s website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Auditor’s report for the period 1 January–31 December 2022.
The Annual Review in Finnish are also published as an XHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with ESEF requirements, the main statements in the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL. In addition, the notes to the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, has provided an independent assurance report on the ESEF financial statements prepared by Componenta. The engagement has been performed in accordance with the international ISAE 3000 assurance standard for the primary financial statements and notes to the consolidated financial statement of the 2022 ESEF reporting.
Componenta has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2022 on the company’s website, in the Investors section under “Corporate Governance”. The statements can be downloaded as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Review, Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report are also attached to this release.

Tilinpäätös ja toimintakertomus

Componenta Oyj on julkaissut vuoden 2022 vuosikatsauksen suomeksi ja englanniksi yhtiön kotisivuilla osoitteessa www.componenta.com. Vuosikatsaus sisältää konsernitilinpäätöksen ja emoyhtiön tilinpäätöksen, hallituksen toimintakertomuksen sekä tilintarkastuskertomuksen tilikaudelta 1.1.−31.12.2022.
Vuosikatsaus julkaistaan myös European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) raportointivaatimusten mukaisesti XHTML-tiedostona. ESEF-vaatimusten mukaisesti konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. Lisäksi konsernitilinpäätöksen liitetiedot on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. Tilintarkastusyhteisö PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy on toimittanut riippumattoman kohtuullisen varmuuden antavan varmennusraportin koskien Componentan laatimaa ESEF-muotoista tilinpäätöstä. Varmennustoimeksianto on suoritettu kansainvälisen ISAE 3000 -varmennus-toimeksiantostandardin mukaisesti vuoden 2022 ESEF-raportoinnin päälaskelmien ja liitetietojen osalta.
Lisäksi Componenta on julkaissut yhtiön kotisivuilla Sijoittajat-osion kohdassa ”Hallinnointi” selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2022. Raportit ovat ladattavissa englannin- ja suomenkielisenä PDF-tiedostona. Vuosikatsaus, selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportti ovat myös tämän tiedotteen liitteenä.
