The date for the annual general meeting has been moved to the 19th of April 2021.
Astralis Group’s publication of financial information for 2021 will happen on the dates below:
– Annual Report 2020: March 15, 2021- Half year report 2021: August 30, 2021
The time and the place for the annual general meeting will be published together with the notice of theannual general meeting.
Proposals for adoption at the annual general meeting must be received by Astralis Group A/S no later than19 March 2021. Proposals can be submitted to investor@astralisgroup.net.
