Investornyhed nr. 28 / 2023: Ændring af organisationen i Dataproces
Pr. 1. oktober ændres organisationen i Dataproces. Dette medfører, at afdelingen for Automatisering og Udvikling nedlægges som selvstændigt chefområde og at opgaver, funktioner og medarbejdere herfra integreres i de to øvrige afdelinger under henholdsvis COO Kristina Koed og CIO Kasper Lund Nødgaard.
CEO, Michael Binderup udtaler:
”Vi ønsker at styrke koordineringen mellem vores teams og samtidig koble udviklingsressourcerne tættere på salg. Målet er, at udviklingsarbejdet bliver mere agilt og at vi fokuserer udviklingsindsatsen på de områder, hvor der er størst efterspørgsel fra kunderne. Udviklingsarbejdet i Dataproces fortsætter ufortrødent – blot i et ændret organisatorisk setup hvor det er tættere koordineret med salg”.
Som konsekvens af omstruktureringen stopper CTO Carsten Hansen i Dataproces pr. 1. oktober 2023.

Investor news no. 28 / 2023: Changing the organization in Dataproces
Per on 1 October, the organization in Dataproces will change. This means that the department for Automation and Development will be closed down as an independent management area and that tasks, functions and employees from here will be integrated into the other two departments under COO Kristina Koed and CIO Kasper Lund Nødgaard respectively.
CEO, Michael Binderup states:
“We want to strengthen the coordination between our teams and at the same time link the development resources closer to sales. The goal is for our development work to become more agile and for us to focus development efforts on the areas where there are the greatest demand from customers. The development work in Dataproces continues unabated – just in a changed organizational setup where it is more closely coordinated with sales”.
As a consequence of the restructuring, CTO Carsten Hansen is leaving Dataproces as of 1 October 2023.
