Duell’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023
Duell Corporation had previously announced in its Annual Report FY 2022 (published on November 17, 2022) that its Financial Statements Bulletin for the fiscal year 9/2022-8/2023 (Q4 2023) would be published on Thursday, November 9, 2023. While preparing the financial statements for the fiscal year 9/2022-8/2023 (Q4 2023), Duell has reviewed the schedule for its financial reporting, in connection to which it has become apparent that the financial statements bulletin’s information for such fiscal year will be completed earlier than anticipated. With this company announcement, Duell therefore discloses new dates for its financial reporting in 2023 as well as discloses financial calendar for 2024.
During the year 2023, Duell will publish financial information as follows:
Financial Statements Bulletin for the fiscal year 9/2022-8/2023 (Q4 2023) on Monday, October 9, 2023.
Annual Report, which includes, among others, report of the Board of Directors and the Company’s financial statements, the week starting on October 23, 2023.
Duell’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled for December 5, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company will convene the meeting later in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act and the Company’s Articles of Association.

During the year 2024, Duell will publish financial information as follows:
Business report September 2023–November 2023 (Q1 2024) on Thursday, January 18, 2024.
Half-year financial report September 2023–February 2024 (Q2 2024) on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Business report September 2023–May 2024 (Q3 2024) on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
Financial Statements Bulletin for the fiscal year 9/2023–8/2024 (Q4 2024) on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Annual Report the week starting on October 21, 2024.
Duell’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Duellin taloudellinen tiedottaminen ja varsinainen yhtiökokous vuonna 2023
Duell Oyj on 17.11.2022 julkaistussa vuosikertomuksessa 2022 ilmoittanut, että sen tilinpäätöstiedote tilikaudelta syyskuu 2022–elokuu 2023 (Q4 2023) julkaistaisiin torstaina 9.11.2023. Duell on laatiessaan tilinpäätöstä tilikaudelta syyskuu 2022–elokuu 2023 (Q4 2023) tarkastellut sen taloudellisen tiedottamisen aikataulua, minkä yhteydessä on käynyt ilmi, että tilinpäätöstiedotteen tiedot kyseiseltä tilikaudelta valmistuvat ennakoitua aiemmin. Näin ollen Duell ilmoittaa tällä yhtiötiedotteella uudet ajankohdat sen taloudelliselle tiedottamiselle vuonna 2023 sekä julkistaa taloudellisen kalenterin vuodelle 2024.
Vuonna 2023 Duell julkaisee taloudelliset katsaukset seuraavasti:
Tilinpäätöstiedote tilikaudelta syyskuu 2022–elokuu 2023 (Q4 2023), maanantaina 9.10.2023.
Vuosikertomus 2023, joka sisältää muun muassa hallituksen toimintakertomuksen ja Yhtiön tilinpäätöksen, 23.10.2023 alkavalla viikolla.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous vuonna 2023 on suunniteltu pidettäväksi 5.12.2023. Yhtiön hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin osakeyhtiölain ja Yhtiön yhtiöjärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Liiketoimintakatsaus syyskuu 2023–toukokuu 2024 (Q3 2024), keskiviikkona 3.7.2024.
Tilinpäätöstiedote tilikaudelta syyskuu 2023–elokuu 2024 (Q4 2024), keskiviikkona 9.10.2024.
Vuosikertomus 2024, joka sisältää muun muassa hallituksen toimintakertomuksen ja Yhtiön tilinpäätöksen, 21.10.2024 alkavalla viikolla.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous vuonna 2024 on suunniteltu pidettäväksi keskiviikkona 20.11.2024.
