Changes in Kreate Group’s Management Team
Mikko Laine (M.S.c., Economics) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kreate Group Plc and a member of the Management Team starting 1 January 2022. Since April 2021, he has been working as a Group Controller in Kreate Group being responsible for developing financial operations and reporting. Laine has versatile and strong experience with leading financial functions in both publicly listed companies and private equity firms.
– Mikko’s strong financial expertise and experience will be a major asset to us as we are developing our functions and implementing our processes further, says Timo Vikström, President & CEO of Kreate Group.
Kreate Group’s CFO Antti Heinola has announced his resignation in order to pursue a career outside of Kreate Group. Heinola continues in his position as CFO until the end of December 2021.
– It has been inspiring to be part of Kreate’s growth story and to be able to lead the IPO process successfully. Now is time to move on and meet new challenges, says Heinola.
– I thank Antti for his valuable contribution. He has played a strong role in implementing Kreate’s growth story and driving our company through changes. I wish him all the best for the future, Vikström says.

Muutoksia Kreate Groupin johtoryhmässä
Mikko Laine (KTM) on nimitetty Kreate Group Oyj:n talousjohtajaksi ja johtoryhmän jäseneksi 1.1.2022 alkaen. Hän on ollut Kreate Groupin palveluksessa huhtikuusta 2021 alkaen vastaten Group Controllerina taloustoimintojen ja raportoinnin kehittämisestä. Laineella on monipuolinen ja vahva kokemus talouden johtamisen toiminnoista sekä pörssiyhtiössä että pääomasijoittajavetoisissa yhtiöissä.
– Mikon vahva taloudellinen osaaminen ja kokemus auttavat toimintojemme edelleen kehittämisessä ja prosessiemme jalkauttamisessa, sanoo Kreate Groupin toimitusjohtaja Timo Vikström.
Kreate Groupin talousjohtaja Antti Heinola jättää tehtävänsä jatkaakseen työuraansa yhtiön ulkopuolella. Heinola jatkaa talousjohtajan tehtävässään joulukuun 2021 loppuun asti.
– Olen saanut olla mukana Kreaten innostavassa kasvutarinassa ja johtaa listautumisprosessia menestyksekkäästi. Nyt on kuitenkin tullut aika siirtyä uusien haasteiden pariin, Heinola sanoo.
– Kiitän Anttia hänen merkittävästä työpanoksestaan. Hän on ollut vahvassa roolissa Kreaten kasvutarinan toteuttamisessa sekä muutosten läpiviemisessä yhtiössämme. Toivotan hänelle mitä erinomaisinta jatkoa, Vikström toteaa.
