Changes in Kempower Corporation’s own shares
The Board of Directors of Kempower Corporation has today resolved to transfer 45,286 own shares held by the company without consideration to participants of the Performance Share Plan 2022-2024 for payment of shares in accordance with the plan terms. The shares will be transferred as a reward from the plan on 8 May 2025.
The transfer of own shares is based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2025.
After the transfer of shares, Kempower holds 168,426 own shares.

Muutokset Kempower Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Kempower Oyj:n hallitus on tänään päättänyt luovuttaa 45 286 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa osaketta vastikkeetta osakepalkkiojärjestelmään 2022–2024 osallistuneille työntekijöille osakkeiden maksamiseksi ohjelman ehtojen mukaisesti. Osakkeet luovutetaan palkkiona ohjelmasta 8.5.2025.
Omien osakkeiden luovutus perustuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 7.5.2025 antamaan valtuutukseen.
Luovutuksen jälkeen Kempowerin hallussa on 168 426 omaa osaketta.
