Changes board/management/auditors
Juha Nuutinen, HLRE Group’s Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Executive Management, has resigned from the position to join another company. Juha will continue in the role until the end of December 2025.
Antti Kärkkäinen has been appointed as HLRE Group’s interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting 1 January 2026. The interim arrangement ensures continuity in financial management and provides the necessary time for recruiting a permanent CFO
