I forbindelse med at stifter og CIO Martin Kiener relokerer til USA for at tiltræde som daglig leder af selskabets amerikanske datterselskab FOM Technologies Inc. medio December 2024, udtræder Martin Kiener af direktionen i moderselskabet FOM Technologies A/S.
Som tidligere annonceret i selskabmeddelelse # 65 af den 15. marts 2024 relokerer stifter og CIO Martin Kiener til Seattle i USA, hvor selsskabets hel-ejede datterselskab FOM Technologies Inc. er placeret. Med relokeringen understreger FOM Technologies en kraftig ledelsesmæssig styrkelse samt kommerciel satsning på det Nordamerikanske marked for selskabets teknologi og løsninger.
I forbindelse med flytningen vil Martin Kiener udtræde af direktionen i moderselskabet FOM Technologies A/S og tiltræde som CEO i det amerikanske datterselskab. Direktionen i moderselskabet vil herefter udgøres af CEO Michael Stadi.

Copenhagen, the 4th of December 2024
In connection with the fact that founder and CIO Martin Kiener is relocating to the USA to take over as day-to-day manager of the company’s American subsidiary FOM Technologies Inc. mid-December 2024, Martin Kiener will resign from the management of the parent company FOM Technologies A/S.
As previously announced in company announcement # 65 of March 15, 2024, founder and CIO Martin Kiener is relocating to Seattle, USA, where the company’s wholly owned subsidiary FOM Technologies Inc. is located. With the relocation, FOM Technologies emphasizes a strong managerial strengthening as well as a commercial investment in the North American market for the company’s technology and solutions.
In connection with the move, Martin Kiener will step down from the executive board of the parent company FOM Technologies A/S and take over as CEO of the American subsidiary. The executive board of the parent company will then be made up of CEO Michael Stadi.
