Change in the publication date of the Financial Statements and the Annual Report of Digital Workforce Services Plc for 2024
Digital Workforce Services Plc is changing the publication date of the 2024 Financial statements and the Annual Report. The Financial statements and the Annual report for 2024 will be published in week 12 instead of week 13 as previously announced.
The publication date is brought forward in order to make the Financial statements and the Annual Report available on the company’s investor website https://digitalworkforce.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/ at least three weeks before the Annual General Meeting of 2025, in accordance with the rules of the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.

Muutos Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n vuoden 2024 tilinpäätöksen ja hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaisuajankohtaan
Digital Workforce Services Oyj muuttaa vuoden 2024 tilinpäätöksen sekä hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaisupäivämäärää. Tilinpäätös sekä hallituksen toimintakertomus vuodelta 2024 julkaistaan aiemmin ilmoitetun viikon 13 sijaan viikolla 12.
Julkistamisajankohtaa aikaistetaan, jotta tilinpäätös sekä hallituksen toimintakertomus ovat Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikan sääntöjen mukaisesti nähtävillä yhtiön sijoittajasivuilla https://digitalworkforce.com/fi/sijoittajat/raportit-ja-esitykset/ viimeistään kolme viikkoa ennen vuoden 2025 varsinaista yhtiökokousta.
