Change in Reka Industrial Plc’s own B shares held by the company
According to decisions made by the Annual General Meetings on 8.4.2021 and 6.4.2022 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 28,443 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.4.2021-31.3.2023. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
In addition, Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 2,705 own B shares to the Managing Director as a part of the target remuneration approved by the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 48,105 own B shares after this assignment.

Muutos Reka Industrial Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 8.4.2021 ja 6.4.2022 päätösten mukaisesti yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille kaudelta 1.4.2021-31.3.2023 yhteensä 28 443 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin osana hallituksen vuosipalkkioita.
Lisäksi Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut yhtiön toimitusjohtajalle 2 705 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta osana hallituksen vahvistamaa toimitusjohtajan tavoitepalkkiota.
Osakkeiden luovuttamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 48 105 omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
