Changes in company's own shares
Reka Industrial Plc has received on 5 August 2021 35,000 of its own B shares.
The shares were received as part of an execution of a sales agreement.
After receiving these shares Reka Industrial Plc is holding 79,253 its own B shares.

Muutokset omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on vastaanottanut 5.8.2021 35 000 kappaletta omia B-sarjan osakkeita.
Osakkeet vastaanotettiin osana kauppasopimuksen suorittamista.
Osakkeiden vastaanottamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 79 253 kappaletta omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
