Change in Kempower’s holding of treasury shares
A total of 27,184 Kempower’s shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2021A.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2021A the entire subscription price of EUR 50,290.40 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
Kempower has used treasury shares for the share subscriptions and the subscribed shares will be delivered to the subscribers on 14 February 2025.
After these transfers, Kempower holds a total of 242,040 treasury shares.

Muutos Kempowerin omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Kempowerin optio-ohjelman 2021A perusteella on merkitty yhteensä 27 184 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksilla 2021A tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta yhteensä 50 290,40 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kempower on käyttänyt merkinnöissä yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita ja osakkeet toimitetaan merkitsijöille 14.2.2025.
Kempowerillä on näiden siirtojen jälkeen hallussaan yhteensä 242 040 omaa osaketta.
