Change in Kempower Corporation’s holding of treasury shares
A total of 10,288 Kempower Corporation’s shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2021A.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2021A the entire subscription price of EUR 19,032.80 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
Kempower Corporation use treasury shares for the share subscription and the subscribed shares will be delivered to the subscribers on 1 October 2025.
After these transfers, Kempower Corporation holds a total of 154,790 treasury shares.

Muutos Kempower Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Kempower Oyj:n optio-ohjelman 2021A perusteella on merkitty yhteensä 10 288 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksilla 2021A tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta yhteensä 19 032,80 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kempower Oyj käyttää merkinnöissä yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita ja osakkeet toimitetaan merkitsijöille 1.10.2025.
Kempower Oyj:llä on näiden siirtojen jälkeen hallussaan yhteensä 154 790 omaa osaketta.
