(Oslo, 16 September 2022) Canopy Holdings AS (OSE:CAN) informs that Ivar Blekastad has tendered his resignation as CFO of Canopy Holdings/Group CFO of Canopy Holdings Group in order to pursue an alternative career opportunity.
Mr. Blekastad will remain in his current role in Canopy during his 3-month notice period and will assist the company in the transition period.
The Board of Directors and CEO comment: “We would like to thank Ivar Blekastad for his valuable contributions to the Canopy Holdings Group and wish him the best of luck in his new position”.
