(Oslo, 19 August 2022) The Board of Directors of Canopy Holdings AS (the “Company”) has approved the Annual Report for the financial year ending 30 April 2022. The Annual Report is attached together with the Audit statement.
The Annual Report shows for the financial year ending 30 April 2022, the Company reported revenues of NOK 73 million and a negative EBITDA of NOK 53 million. The reported loss before tax of NOK 148 million was significantly impacted by the non-cash impairment of intangible assets related to Skitude Technologies SA of NOK 53 million and the discontinuation of the Skioo business. As per 30 April 2022, the company had a cash position of NOK 77 million.
