Bent Grøver appointed Group CEO of Skitude Holding

(Oslo, 18 February 2021) The Board of Directors of Skitude Holding AS (“Skitude Holding”, OSE:SKI) has appointed Bent Grøver as Group CEO effective from 22 February 2021. Grøver comes from the position as Investment Manager in Investinor AS and has served on the Board of Directors of Skitude Holding since 2016.

He knows the group well and will build on our strong foundation and support our operational teams to fulfill our growth strategy”, says Haavard Nord, the newly elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Skitude Holding.
Bent Grøver holds an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Cambridge. Bent has been Investment Manager in Investinor since 2011 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the portfolio companies Kebony and Skitude Holding.
Bent Grøver will take the position as Group CEO of Skitude Holding from 22 February 2021.
