Selskabsmeddelelse
BactiQuant har nu registreret resultatet af den rettede emission, der blev annonceret den 14. december 2022, hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.
De nye aktier oppebærer de samme rettigheder som eksisterende aktier i henhold til BactiQuants vedtægter og forventes at blive optaget til handel i den eksisterende ISIN-kode DK0061417730 på Nasdaq First North Growth Market den 21. december 2022.
Den samlede kapital i BactiQuant udgør efter emissionen i alt nominelt DKK 979.061,90 fordelt på aktier á nominelt DKK 0,05 svarende til 19.581.238 stemmer.
BactiQuant vil offentliggøre selskabets opdaterede vedtægter på sin hjemmeside.
