Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has today entered into a letter of intent with D & S Maisey Limited for the exclusive distribution of Moana Skincare in Japan and the Philippines. The Parties intend to sign an exclusive 3-year distribution agreement for these markets as soon as the necessary governmental registration process and approval is in place. It is expected that the registration process in Japan will take appr. 3 months.
D&S Maisey Ltd. is situated in Auckland and has a regional development office located South of Manila in the Philippines. The company has almost 30 years working experience in luxury goods and niche market sales and has first-hand experience in distribution in Japan and several other local South East Asia (SEA) markets. D&S Maisey has a strong Environmental Social and Corporate Governance Mission aimed to address poor soil and resource management in the Philippines as well as other parts of SEA.
