In connection with the consolidation of four accounts (Cosmed Beauty AS, Ultrabody AB, Aqua Bio Technology ASA and Kilda Biolink AS) for the year 2022, the Company needs more time to consolidate the accounts and perform correct ESEF-tagging for the annual report for 2022. With reference to stock exchange announcement 20 January 2023, we still confirm Aqua Bio Technology ASA (“ABT” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has as of 31 December 2022 achieved approximately NOK 7 million in gross revenues on a consolidated basis, representing a substantial revenue increase compared to approximately NOK 2 million as of 31 December 2021.
