Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of ABT’s acquisition of all rights to Moana Skincare (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/513214) and the following internal review of the products, packaging and documentation before further commercializing these products. ABT has also further developed a sister brand to Moana Skincare, B Natural, that is based on the same formulations as Moana Skincare and which will further expand the commercial opportunities of these products.
ABT announces today that it has successfully professionalized the female and male products (in total 15 for each series) for Moana Skincare and B Natural and that all products have passed the requirements for commercialization according to the EU regulations. The tests were performed at Eurofins [https://www.eurofins.com/about-us/], which is the world’s largest in testing food, environment, medicine and cosmetics and has 800 laboratories in more than 50 different countries.
ABT is very satisfied to have completed this process and, at the same time, preserve the uniqueness of these products and the brand. It has been imperative to continue using the potent extracts from plants found in New Zealand’s unspoiled nature. These products needed to be professionalized in order to thrive on its excellence. The cornerstone of these products is a red seaweed found in the waters around New Zealand. ABT expects B Natural to be available for customers towards the end of Q2-2023. For Moana Skincare, the company is in the final phase of reviewing packaging and the expectation is to have products available during first half of 2023.
