Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Aqua Bio Technology ASA (“ABTEC” or the “Company”) on 5 April 2023, concerning compensation claims from an employee undergoing termination.
The Company has today amicably settled the dispute. The settlement did not require the Company or the principial shareholders to make any payments related to the claim for compensation which was estimated to approximately NOK 12 million related to transfer of shares in ABTEC.
