UFI AS has notified that it has rolled a forward agreement for the purchase of 400,000 shares in Andfjord Salmon AS. The purchase price is NOK 42.07 per share. UFI AS` exposure in Andfjord Salmon AS is unchanged following this transaction.
Andfjord Salmon AS board member Kim Strandenæs is the CEO of UFI AS.
