Investor nyhed nr. 21/2022: Dataproces Group A/S justerer politik for investorudmelding af dataanalysekontrakter.
Med henblik på at øge gennemsigtighed i kommunikationen af selskabets nye kontrakter på dataanalyser, har bestyrelsen besluttet, at nye dataanalysekontrakter, der alene afspejler selskabets succes mod opfyldelsen af den udmeldte guidance, fremover kommunikeres summeret månedligt, sammen med et samlet omsætningsestimat på disse. Estimatet vil blive kommunikeret som et afgrænset interval, og vil dermed øge investorernes indblik i status på ordreindgangen for forretningsbenet Dataanalyse.
Der ændres ikke på politikken for fremtidig udmelding af SaaS kontrakter.
CEO Kjartan Jensen udtaler:
”Jeg tror på, at den bedste investorrelation opnås gennem en åbenhed, der sikrer investoren en løbende fornemmelse for fremdriften i selskabet. Derfor vil Dataproces fremadrettet fortsat kommunikere også mindre milepæle til vores investorer vedrørende analyse-kontrakter. Vi justerer blot på princippet – fra antal dataanalyser med en samlet estimeret værdi højere end 250.000 DKK. – til den forventede omsætning på de indgåede kontrakter for den forgangne måned. Det gør vi for at tilsikre en øget indsigt i den estimerede værdi af kontrakterne.”
Generelt om de kontraktmeddelelser, der fremadrettet udmeldes som investornyheder:
Dataproces melder ud månedligt med en samlet estimeret værdi på nye dataanalysekontrakter.
Idet SaaS platformene MARS, Min Sag og MARC Fleksløn er centrale i den guidede virksomhedsstrategi, udmeldes de hver gang, en kontrakt indgås. Kontrakterne på SaaS meldes ud i henhold til Dataproces’ strategiske fokus og ændrer ikke på den udmeldte guidance.
Dataproces skelner i udmelding af SaaS kontrakter mellem 3 kommunestørrelseskategorier; de 50 mindste kommuner benævnes kommuner, de 38 midterste benævnes større kommuner og de 10 største benævnes top-10 kommuner.

Investor news no. 21/2022: Dataproces Group A/S adjusts policy for investor announcement of data analysis agreements.
In order to increase transparency in the communication of the company’s new agreements on data analysis, the Board of Directors has decided that new data analysis agreements, which reflect the company’s success towards fulfilling the announced guidance, will in future be communicated monthly, together with an overall revenue estimate of these. The estimate will be communicated as a limited interval, and will thus increase investors’ insight into the status of the order intake for the businessline Data Analysis.
The policy for future announcements on SaaS agreements is not changed.
CEO Kjartan Jensen:
“I believe that the best investor relationship is achieved through an openness that ensures the investor an ongoing feeling for the progress of the company. Therefore, in the future, Dataproces will continue to communicate milestones to our investors regarding analysis agreements. We simply adjust the principle – from the number of data analyzes with a total estimated value higher than DKK. 250,000 – to the expected turnover on the agreements entered into for the past month. We do this to ensure increased insight into the estimated value of the agreements.”

As the SaaS platforms MARS, Min Sag and MARC Fleksløn are central to the guided business strategy, they are announced each time an agreement is entered into. The agreements on SaaS are announced in accordance with Dataproces’ strategic focus and do not change the announced guidance.
Dataproces distinguishes in the announcements on SaaS between 3 municipality size categories; the 50 smallest municipalities are called municipalities, the 38 middle ones are called larger municipalities and the 10 largest are called top-10 municipalities.
